My approach is generally non-directive, though I incorporate elements of William Glasser's Choice Theory when appropriate. Ultimately, I am guided by the client's needs to determine the most effective approach.

I have a particular interest and specific experience in discussing topics such as adoption and gastric surgery. The approach to these subjects varies significantly, tailored to the unique nature and requirements of each.
