About Me

As a native of Dublin, I have had the opportunity to live abroad briefly on several occasions, each contributing to my diverse perspective on life. Throughout my experiences, I have encountered various challenges and triumphs that have shaped my understanding of the delicate nature of happiness. Recognizing the importance of nurturing happiness daily, I was inspired by a difficult family situation many years ago to pursue studies in counselling and psychotherapy. This decision marked the beginning of my journey in learning, growing, and sharing valuable principles that can significantly enhance the lives of others.

Background

I have been actively involved in a homeless outreach program for many years, dedicated to alleviating suffering by providing hot meals and dry clothing. This engagement not only addresses immediate needs but also offers a valuable opportunity to connect with individuals whose lives I might not ordinarily encounter, enriching my perspective and fostering meaningful interactions.

I am trained to work closely with you to explore the thoughts, beliefs, feelings, issues, and behaviors that negatively impact your life. Through the counselling and psychotherapy process, I provide the support and safety needed to understand and often change these aspects.

In my experience, the personal growth achieved through this process can liberate you from the limitations of old patterns, allowing healthier choices and new patterns to emerge. This can lead to more realistic and effective ways of improving the quality of your life, bringing higher levels of contentment and satisfaction.
